StyleCraft Homes: Rules of Community

Our aim at StyleCraft Homes is to provide a space for buyers, agents and community members to share the experiences they’ve had with us, and to provide a positive resource for sharing events and ideas within the communities in which we are active. To that end, we have created the following set of Community Rules to foster an environment of shared values, mutual respect and trust.

These apply to user contributions to ongoing discussions, articles and documents uploaded and shared with the StyleCraft Homes community, and comments added to existing articles published here. StyleCraft Homes reserves the right to remove any postings that do not adhere to these guidelines, or take further action if required.

• You are responsible for any content you post. Where it relates to an existing discussion topic or article, ensure that it is relevant and will prove useful to other members taking part.
• You are also responsible for any copyright infringement in your messages.
• Please be polite and respectful towards other members of the community, and remember that others may not always share your point of view.
• Disruptive, offensive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. This is a sensitive area and the StyleCraft Homes Team reserves the right to take action if requested by a community member. Any such postings will be removed.
• Please do not use StyleCraft Homes for self-promotion. This can take the form of advertisements for your professional services, products etc. or repeated promotion of your websites/blogs/networks etc. If you have a reasonable cause for promotion or would like to be sponsored in some form, please contact StyleCraft Homes.
• Please consider other users at all times when using the interactive spaces on StyleCraft Homes’ page. Behavior that deters other members from engaging with the community is considered offensive. Allow other members to contribute and do not dominate any discussions. This is identified by repeatedly answering your own articles or comments, or being recognized consistently as the last person to comment. If members make complaints about others showing this behavior, they will be taken seriously.
• Please remember that many members are not native English speakers. Keep your language simple and clear for this sake, and always be respectful of language barriers.
• Repeated use of this forum to make defamatory or commercial postings, engage in offensive behavior towards others, or participate in illegal activities may result in you being banned from future participation in the community, and your ISP being informed.

In the unfortunate event that a member abuses the community in any of the ways above, the StyleCraft Homes team reserves the right to remove or edit postings. The editor or community manager will notify all parties involved of the removal. If the same member or members continue to behave in an unsuitable manner, they are at risk of being barred from the community for two weeks. Upon their return, continued offensive behavior will result in a permanent lockout from StyleCraft Homes.
