Artistic Stone Design has been our exclusive supplier of granite countertops for almost 6 years. Founded in 2000, they continue to stand out from the competition due to their willingness to listen and respond to customer needs, as well as educate homebuyers about what to expect from natural stone surfaces. Not to mention, they are incredibly responsive to our production schedule, which helps us keep buyers happy with the progress of their new homes.

Retail and New Construction
While we’re highlighting the great work that Artistic Stone does for us as a vendor, it’s important to know that you can also work with them on a retail basis. Our buyers select from about 12 consistent sample options (both in color and pattern) at our design center. Retail customers can select the exact slab their counters will be cut from in Artistic Stone’s showroom.

One-Day Turnkey Service
Retail customers of Artistic Stone can take advantage this service offering, unmatched in many ways by other granite shops. All in one day, a team of installers and a licensed plumber will:

• remove and dispose of your old counters
• install the new ones
• reattach the plumbing
• remove and dispose of your old appliances
• install new ones if they’ve already been delivered

Essentially, you can say goodbye to your old kitchen on your way out the door in the morning and hello to the new one when you come home that evening.

A pleasure to work with
One of the most difficult aspects of building homes is accepting the fact that you are, at times, at the mercy of your vendors’ schedule. We hold high expectations of the people and companies we hire because every step of the building process is a reflection on us whether it’s in our control or not. Artistic Stone Design understands that and that’s why we work with them.

Our superintendents stay in touch with them and keep them apprised of each home’s construction schedule. Usually about 10 days before counters are scheduled to be installed, a representative from the company will come out to the house to measure for the template. Production then begins on the countertops within a couple of days. The final product is then ready for installation a handful of days in advance of the scheduled date.

Even after installation and you’ve moved in to your new home, the folks at Artistic Design remain responsive if your counters need attention for any reason. From a warranty issue to a chip or pit in the surface, they take care of the problem. No wonder they’ve been around for over 10 years when so many other granite shops have come and gone in just the last 2-3.
